I keep on getting an error when I try to use my "Add to Cart" button.

When I try to use my "Add to Cart" button I keep on getting a Javascript error that apparently keeps on looking for a serial number. Please see the attachment.

It looks like you may have an older version of eCart installed. If you uninstall and use the current version that error should not occur.... that line of code mentioned in the error doesn't exist in the current version.

Maybe try clearing your winfilecache.dat file in your user's configuration folder.

Hey Ray,
I updated the cart and now when I try to edit or add a button, the dialog box keeps on disappearing on me right away. I don't know what's going on now. Have a great day!
All the Best,
Dale

If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information then I can set up a screen sharing session to figure out what is going wrong and get it working properly again.

Hey Ray,
I believe I've figured it out. I uninstalled e-cart again and then reinstalled it. The problem was that on the previous install it didn't ask me for my serial number. This time it did and now it seems to work fine. Thanks for your help!
All the best,
Dale
