How can I get an image to scale correctly for mobile viewing?

Realizing I probably need to redo my whole site but lacking the time to do so..

Could you tell me how to set images so that they scale in size for mobile devices and tablets?

For future reference, what themes are totally mobile ready that I could switch my site to?

Thank you again!

Most of the themes are mobile ready. If one that you like isn't, I'll update it for you. Usually you set your image with a style="max-width:100%" for mobile, but it depends on when and where you are using it.

What website and page are you working on? I'll help you make sure it works on mobile.

I went to the admin->Design->Advanced section and added this to the phone css section:

img {
max-width: 100%;
height: auto !important;
}

That will make the images shrink with the screen on mobile. Does that fix the problem? If not, please send a link to a page with an issue on mobile and let me know what you need to display differently.
