security assist NOT sending email password

Lost lot of hair on this!! I setup security assist pages and I also have a standard contact page. The contact page sends with no issues BUT even with the same server info security assist will NOT send password? Here is the problem, If I send to a different email server like gmail, live yahoo or even some others , all is fine. The problem is with one bluehost hosting account. Different bluehost accounts work fine?? What I need to know is what is the sending difference between webassist create email extension and security assist send password form??? This isn't a security assist issue but probably a php version or bluehost server issue. Please point me in the right direction. Also the contact email form WILL send to the questionable server with no problems.

There shouldn't be any difference. They may not have the SMTP server configured properly on that server. I'd need FTP access to debug and see if it is anything on the page itself.

you are always so smart :-) My bluehost people couldn't find anything so I reset my MX configuration and low and behold... all is well.
Thanks Ray for getting me to look closer.
