How is possible enable the cookies in the PS, when the customer visit site??? Is available a tutorial for enable this behaviour step by step??

I don't quite understand the question. What are you trying to do exactly? What cookies? How are you using them?

Try to explain clearly Ray, when use a site build with PS the cookies are not enable, because the visitor doesn't receive a message for accept or ignore this Policy (cookie Policy, see the image attached). Now how is possible enable this option on PS site??

You can just add that to the template you are using. You can either find a solution by googling "cookie warning", or create your own. That is simply a message that you add to the page and close once someone acknowledges consent.

We don't have anything built in for this, but it should be easy enough to add using the documentation of any existing solution like:
https://www.cookiebot.com/en/cookie-consent-banner/ (this is just one, there are dozens to choose from if you search the web)
