Test Mode ( Sandbox ) not working

I am trying to test a custom registration system that proceeds to payment. I have setup the gateway with credentials which includes Sandbox account details. I have it set in TEST mode but the cart fails on submission.

I have attached PDF which has link to Registration form and FTP details

I added the error message to the failure page. It says you security header is invalid, so that means that your username/password or security key is invalid. Open the file: webassist/ecart/credentials/gateways.php and verify the information on lines 7-9 match the credentials listed in your sandbox account.

The API credentials are correct ( see attachment )

I tried it out of test mode and it worked fine.

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance!

That means the API credentials are incorrect for test mode. You will have to log into the sandbox to get your sandbox credentials. They are not the same as your live credentials.

No they’re correct Ray. Take a look at attachment which is screenshot from sandbox credentials. The credentials file holds the test details and live details.. correct? So when you uncheck testmode it uses live details. Or am I wrong?

You had an older version of the file:
WA_eCart/PP_ECO_Scripts/PP_ECO_PHP.php

I updated that file to the latest version and that seems to fix the problem.
