Security Questions on Contact Form Not Working

I am using the Basic Contact Form with the Captcha and Security Question as Anti-Spam filters. Recently, I started to receive repetitive Spam messages via the contact form. Checking the form, I realized that these filters are not working - i.e. the form sends the mail but the answers to the security questions have no impact if the answers are wrong . I regenerated the form using the latest DB build but this did not help. I am pretty sure I had this working some months ago but it seems like the security check feature is turned off which could have happened in the development process. I am using a similar form throughout the site that is dynamically generated with our clients details - so I need to get this working. Where should I look to troubleshoot this problem?

I fixed the page.... there were two things that I saw.

1) You should use the same trigger for the validation and the email. You had different triggers which allowed one to run without the other. I updated it to use the same trigger for both.
2) You had a bit of code out of place. This code:

was above the </form> tag. For it to work properly it has to be lower than the </form> tag it refers to. I moved it down on the page and now everything is working properly.
