Activation not working for new DataBridge

I've tried all the steps in the troubleshooting page, but still can't activate. It just shows the red circle/slash icon when I enter my serial #. Help and thanks!

Try deleting your local winfilecache.dat file. If that doesn't work, post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll contact you to set up a screen sharing session to investigate and get this resolved.

I just tried calling and got voice mail... Please give me a call using the number at the bottom of any page of the webassist site, or reply here with a better time to call and I'll contact you to set up a screen sharing session.

Thanks again for your help today, Ray. Most files are updating correctly for me, but there's one file that's giving me this alert when I double-click the legacy insert behavior:

unInitialize error:
RangeError: invalid array length

When I click OK, the alert goes away and the Insert Record window is left completely blank, with just an X box in the upper-right (screenshot attached). I'm also attaching the file in question along with the associated Universal Email file. The only thing I can think that's inherently different about this page from the others is that this form has no file upload field. Otherwise, they're doing more or less the same thing: capturing data and sending an email. Any thoughts?

The issue is that you have a form element named "size" on your page. This is a reserved word in html and javascript, so it causes issues in dreamweaver.

The best solution is to update the id and name attributes of that form element. Then update the bindings for that column when you re-apply the server behavior.

Hey, I ended up recreating everything from scratch. There were just too many customizations in the end that would cause WA to crash when I'd try to open server behaviors that I'd modified by hand and several customized ones that wouldn't even show up in the Server Behaviors panel. Everything seems to be working fine now and I feel better knowing that it's all based on new Data Assist/MySQLi code. Thanks again for all of your help!
