When submitting form I get an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

I am using WAUnivEmail280. I have created a very simple form but when submitted I get an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. The service provider says its a coding problem and they can't help me. I have tried both CDONTS & CDOSYS, both give the same error. To view the page please go to enquiry.asp

The browser displays the following error:

CDO.Message.1 error '80040213'
The transport failed to connect to the server.
/WA_Universal_Email/CDOSYS_VB.asp, line 144

The error means that the SMTP server address that you entered on the Email Object tab is not valid. Double check that you are entering a valid SMTP server address. You may want to check with your host to determine the correct address to use.
