Where is Data Bridge?

Where is Data Bridge?

I'm getting ready to create an online form, it asks me for my serial number, I enter it, and it says it's invalid.

When I log into my account, Data Bridge is no longer there.

Help?

Thank you!

There is a newer version of DataBridge, so the old version that you own is now on another page. Just click the "All My Downloads" link from your account and it will be listed lower on that page as a previous version.

Go to this page:
http://www.webassist.com/account/downloads.php

Then find the section with the header "Upgradable Products"

It is listed there.

Are you saying that the version that I have will no longer work unless I purchase an upgrade?

No, that isn't how it works. It will keep working just as it did before, you just won't get the new features of the new version if you don't upgrade.

Yep... I logged into Sandy's account to see what she would see and help her find the product and forgot to log back in as myself. Fixed now, sorry for the confusion.

:-) Funny though. We all need a little laughter in our work day.

LOL! Ray, you responded: No, that isn't how it works. It will keep working just as it did before, you just won't get the new features of the new version if you don't upgrade.

I tried using the extension that I already had, but it wouldn't accept my serial number. Kept telling me it's invalid. Thanks.

***just noticed that it only works through DW CS 5.5. I have DW 6. So, I guess I can no longer use it, right?
