form not submitting

Hello,

It seems that I broke the scripts to my form.... It looks like it's submitting and I get redirected to the thank-you page, but the form never comes through via email. I did change the classes to format it so it looks like the rest of our site, and I don't think the classes I changed would have broken the code.... I compared it to other forms I've created with your builder and don't see where I went wrong. However, there are lots of scripts in the footer that aren't on my other forms... Please help. Thanks!

update - I recreated the form and tried again... it eliminated the duplicate scripts in the footer, but the form still isn't sending....

The html code looks ok. I'd have to debug the php page directly to figure out why it isn't working. It could be that the email is sending but your email server is blocking it as spam. If you send me FTP access I can debug it more thoroughly and let you know what I find.

Thanks Ray! I've tried sending it to two addresses - mine and the folks who's site I'm building. They are two different hosts, so I don't think it's going to spam.

You have the FROM address set to the email address entered from the form. This won't work for a lot of servers. Try setting the FROM address to an actual email address that ends with: @veredesigns.com

You can set the REPLY TO address to the form value.

I'm still having problems.... I see on some of my other forms, I added smtp settings so I added those.... Still no success... Any thoughts?

I can show you how to log the SMTP debug information. I can't imagine what the cause would be, but the scripts seem correct, so it might be an issue with the email server, or spam filters preventing delivery.
