Error Message in Query Builder - table not found

Hi Ray! Hopefully this isn't a stupid question:

In this post, http://www.webassist.com/forums/post/196192/ you mentioned certain column names interfering with Query Builder. However, this post was from 2015 and I bought the extension long after this mentioned update.

Can you clarify about what specific column names might cause an issue? I keep getting the following error message, no matter what I do. The tables show up in advanced, the tables exist, and I am starting query builder with a simple select statement. The window is blank with white grid after I click ok.

"Error Inspecting SQL
• table not found: reports

These values will be automatically removed the next time
you use the visual editor or advanced tab to edit your SQL"

Thank you!

Also, is it helpful/preferred to go back and edit previous question titles with SOLVED or close them out somehow?

This issue should be resolved, but a list of words you should avoid are here:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/keywords.html

I'm not sure why the database tables wouldn't be loaded. I don't think the issue is your table name. If you give me FTP access and your domain name I can try myself to debug. Otherwise I'd probably need to set up a screen sharing session to see the problem and debug it.

I can't seem to connect with the FTP information provided. Please confirm and test on your end and make sure there are no IP restrictions that might be preventing me from getting in.

When I connect to your server via FTP I'm taken to an empty folder. I'll need access to the files you are working on to look at your issue.

I'm not seeing the issue you are reporting. Have you reinstalled the extension lately? What file should I open and what should I click on to reproduce the problem?

I have reinstalled the extension and reactivated. Now, I am getting a "javascript error while loading WA-Forms.htm" error every time. I don't believe viewing the files via FTP will be instructive, but they were attached in an earlier message... see this PM. Again, I think screen-sharing may be necessary, especially with the reinstall of the extension and the added javascript error now. Thank you! :)

Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll call you to set up a screen sharing session to make sure you get everything up and running.
