Problem with checkout

I am having problems with checkout on one of my sites. No-one is able to get past the actual cart page - when it goes to checkout they get one line on screen and that is all. I have attached screenshots to show you what is happening

It could be a missing include file... I'd have to have a URL and FTP access to fully debug.

With a URL and a copy of the file I may be able to give you direction on how to fix it, but if I had FTP access I could probably just fix it for you.

What is the url to the checkout page with the problem? I went to a checkout page that worked on that site, but I may have gone to the wrong place.

Ray - just wondered if you managed to find it ok?

There is a lot of missing code on that page. Make sure to install the latest version of eCart and run the wizard again. If you still have issues then post your phone number and I'll do screen sharing with you to look into it with you and find a solution.

Ray - that did it. Any reason why you can think that happened? Such a bloody nuisance since the checkout.php page has to be changed for UK usage every time it is updated with the wizard

I'm not sure what the cause is... It could be something as small as clicking in Dreamweaver while the wizard is running throwing it off.

Ray - sorry about this. Neither of my sites are charging postage. I have checked the ecart object and all the postage is in situ but when I try and buy anything it skips from the checkout page to Paypal without adding any postage. The sites are : oldtheatreposters.co.uk and oldtheatreprogrammes.co.uk. You can log in to the ftp via the same details I sent over previously
