Connecting a Dynamic dropdown to a results page

Hello
I have created a dynamic list and wish to select an item in the list so that it passes to a results page.
I cannot see how this is carried out.
Can you please advise?

I am attaching the code
Thank you
John

I'm not sure which list you are referring to. If you are talking about a form <select>, then all you have to do is add a <form> tag and use:
<select onsubmit="this.form.submit()"

Then it will pass the value to whatever page is specified in the action of the form... you can either pass it in the url with form method="get" or through the post header with form method="post"
