Hi there, I have tested send email in many way using Google gmail and Microsoft hotmail and outlook and it is not working but, if I use web domain email like myemail@website.com then it works properly. I will attach you two file as an example so you can see what I mean. sendemail1.php is working but sendemail.php2 is not working. both look the same the difference is the email extension that I'm using in "addto". What should I do in order to get to fix it.?

Gmail and hotmail have notoriously strong spam filters. The best solution is to use a service like:

https://www.mail-tester.com/

to test your email for why it would be spam blocked and fix the issues. Most likely you will need to set up SPF records and DKIM on your server in order to improve deliver-ability.

You might even try using SMTP to send the email instead of the simple mail service. Using a real FROM address that is registered on your server with authenticated SMTP will often improve your spam score as well.

It's not working for me even if I use with smpt setting or actived spf in my hosting. I don't need it for now because I have email from my hosting but I think that is usefull for people that use Gmail or Microsoft email. I think that it should not be difficult.

Did you try using:

https://www.mail-tester.com/

to get your spam score? Most likely the issue isn't with your php code, it is a server issue with your SPF record or DKIM setup.

I agree with you but the problem isn't with the hosting mails but when I try to send emails to a email belonging to Google or Microsoft emails like myemail@gmail.com using WebAssist Send Email. So I can control my hosting email but I cannot control Gmail behavior I guess! Well let me try difference way.

Finally I found the issue, $Email->From should be set with my hosting email that way allow me to send email to Gmail.
