user registration

Hello,
I need to build a login/registration page but I cannot use the security assist wizard because I use bootstrap 3 to layout my pages.
What are the steps to create a login system but using the WA server behaviours (not the securitypages wizard) instead?
I basically created a page where the user login or register.
The registration page should send an email with the activation link and will set the activation field to default (0).
When the user click the activation link in the email the "activate.php" page would update the user registration (changing the activation field from 0 to 1).
Once logged succesfully the user should be able to go to an insert form where he would insert a record in another table.
Once the the user inserted the record correctly he will be redirect to a success page.

That's all.

I've seen this tutorial "http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Double-opt-in-registration" and it seems to do all I need, but I tried to create the security pages to copy the code and transpose it to bootstrap page, but it is really difficult to do. And it's easy to make errors, in this process.

Is there a more simple tutorial, perhaps without using security assist pages wizard?

TIA
tony

You would have to sign up for a premier ticket to get help working on your website directly. The wizard should work even with bootstrap, so I'm not sure why it isn't an option for you.

If you want help through the forum you would have to try to build it and ask a question about a specific step in the process when you get stuck. I can't write custom tutorials effectively here.

Hello Ray,
thanks for your reply.
I opened a new thread (http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?pid=217886) with a more in-depth explanation. Hope this helps.
