Another strange behavior

On this page it used to be that when I entered a beginning date and hit the submit button it would show all results from say 2018-12-01 to today. Now if I just enter that date in the first date box it only show that date not all dates that follow, however if you enter a second date it shows the beginning and ending date.

Your custom search code on the billing_media_results.php page had a LIKE operator to look at the start date on line 76. I corrected it to use >= so it will show dates after as well. Your code also didn't account for if someone entered an end date with no start date. I fixed that as well.
