MySQLi dynamic data in form not populating database

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an online election for a client. I'm using your MySQLi extension, which has worked perfectly before. This year, for some reason, when I'm testing it out, the election choices are not populating the database, and it's not even showing that this particular user (id'd by email address) has voted. The email login is bound to user_id in the database, and I'm using Spry radio groups (antiquated, I know) for the candidate choices. The group names match the column names in the database, so they should be posting correctly. I can't figure out what's going wrong. I need help pretty quickly so I'm willing to pay on this one...help! My main election page is attached.

It looks like it would work... I'll need to debug it. If you post FTP information and a URL and username and password for me to reproduce the problem I can get to the bottom of it.
