error messages

I am getting the attached error message when I am trying to update eCart. Then the progress just freezes. Could you tell me what I should be doing to rectify it?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of eCart recently? What version of Dreamweaver are you using? What OS? What wizard are you running when you get this error? I'll need more information to track down the problem and try to find a solution. If I can't reproduce it here, I may need to do screen sharing to debug it on your computer directly.

The eCart version I am using is: 612 downloaded on the 2nd October 2018. Am using Dreamweaver CC 18.0 Build 10136. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I am using the Checkout Wizard when I get that error message and freezing
