insert multiple inside standard DA insert form issue

Hello,
I just can't make the multiple insert to work inside a standard DA insert page.
I've read this tutorial as a base: https://goo.gl/jxqEzc
I started from a DA standard pages set.
In the insert page I added a new field to the form and inserted it in a Repeat Selection DA sb.
I removed the redirect on the main insert and added it to the multiple insert.
Set the multiple insert accordingly using the bindings panel to store the Insert ID session in the foreign key field and the new added field as repeated field.
But once i try to run the page and click the insert button, nothing change (no redirect nor insert in any db table).
Can't get it to work.
Is there something else to do?
TIA
tony

Please send a URL where I can reproduce the issue and give me FTP access and I can take a look for you. It really could be anything. It might be a simple issue with a bad trigger setting, or a bug or mis-configuration somewhere else. It is impossible to tell with the limited information provided.

I've fixed the page.

It appears there may be a bug in the extension. I see that all of the form elements on your page were renamed and had this appended:
_<?php echo $RepeatSelectionCounter_1; ?>

Only the fields INSIDE the repeated region should have been renamed. The renaming of all of the form elements is what caused the page to not work. I removed the appended value from the other form fields and that appears to have fixed the page.

(there was also an issue with the redirect url, the file upload code was too low on the page below the insert, and a missing hidden form element to pass the correct repeated language value. Those were more user errors than bugs, but I fixed those issues as well so that the page would work properly.)

Thanks Ray,
the code has been generated entirely by the Dataassist Pages wizard. I only added the new text field, the repeat selection sb and the insert multiple record sb. Nothing else. Is there an update for DB1 to download?
Thanks again.

The insert multiple records Server Behavior is the one that appends the value based on which form elements are in the repeated region. Is it possible that the repeated region was around the entire form when it was applied? The page is fixed for now, but I'm going to have to debug the cause and find out if there is a bug that I can fix. In the meantime if you try again and have issues, send me the page and I can fix it and walk you through how you can fix it moving forward.
