It looks like you might be using a standard MySQL connection on a PHP7 site. You would need to use a MySQLi connection to work with PHP7.

thanks for your reply, I was using a standard connection so i have changed it to MySQLi connection and I am now getting;

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '' (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting '-' or identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or number (T_NUM_STRING) in /home/sites/hopeafrica.co.uk/public_html/webassist/security_assist/helpergroupsrulesphp.php on line 8

Please attach the page referenced in the error and I can take a look to see what is wrong.

I'm not quite sure how that file got to that state. Have you installed the latest version of Databridge V2? I've tried running the wizard and running the server behavior separately and my helpergroupsrulesphp.php file seems to be created properly.

Maybe it has something to do with running it for MySQL and then MySQLi and the file didn't get updated properly. I've fixed the file and attached it, so you can replace it manually, but I'd love to figure out what happened that caused it to prevent it from happening again if you could let me know everything you did and confirm the version of DataBridge you have installed that might help me track down the cause.

Hi Thanks for that, i am using data bridge 2.3.0, mysqli server behaviors 1.0.5, i deleted everything and started from scratch when you suggested i was connecting with a standard connection i added
<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>
so i can see errors and made sure i am running php 7 i am now getting another error;

Warning: require(phpmailer/src/OAuth.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sites/hopeafrica.co.uk/public_html/webassist/email/WA_Email.php on line 9 Warning: require(phpmailer/src/OAuth.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sites/hopeafrica.co.uk/public_html/webassist/email/WA_Email.php on line 9 Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'phpmailer/src/OAuth.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear72:/usr/share/php') in /home/sites/hopeafrica.co.uk/public_html/webassist/email/WA_Email.php on line 9

Did you upload the folder: webassist/email/phpmailer? It appears that may not be uploaded to the live server.

Here is a zipped version of the files... add them to your webassist/email folder and upload it to your site.
