Strange Population Result

Don't know how else to explain this one. We setup some select fields that auto populate other fields. There is a field that is being selected from the database when a record exists, however when we change I change the "Company" drop down list the results that was selected in the "Services" field which was selected because there is indeed a value associated with it, is removed and is not longer selected.

The redeye.js file has script that will reset the list value based on the client_type. I had to update the page to make sure the client_type was passed in correctly.

I removed the redeye stuff, seems to have resolved it, thanks
