I have a website that needs to be updated which was using the previous version of data bridge. When I paid for the upgrade, it basically broke all of the pages which makes it very difficult to update the website as I track down the JavaScript errors and version errors from the shared library files for Web Assist. So my questions is how do I uninstall the updated version and reinstall the previous version as well as only download the previous version files during the installation so that I don't have to rebuild the entire application given that I don't have more than a day to get this done?

You can uninstall the current version and install the previous version from the "All my Downloads" link on your "My Account" page

Version error from library file

I tried that and get a version error. So I completely uninstalled DW and started from scratch on a laptop and am still getting the version error from the shared library files.

Thanks Ray - I got it sorted. Still have the one warning about dynamic select list but it did not affect the changes that I needed to make. Going to start migrating the whole thing over using the new version of DataBridge on Monday. Thanks again for helping me work through this.

Try reinstalling the extension. If that doesn't work, send me screen shots of the exact errors you are getting and steps you are following when you get the error and I may be able to track down the cause.
