Login does not redirects to protected pages on remote host but does on localhost

My admin directory contains protected pages that redirects to login pages. On successful authentication it does not redirects to the previous pages but rather to it self. This situation occurs on remote host but not on the localhost.

I'd need FTP access and steps to reproduce to figure out why it isn't working. There is nothing in your description that would tell me what might be wrong.

The pages with securityassist are not longer on the site. Because i used an alternative authentication system in order to meet deadline. But i can send a backup of the pages that uses the securityassist. Because this is not the first time i experienced such problem with it but could not recall the fix.

Since it works on your localhost, I doubt testing on my localhost would help. I'd need you to upload non-working versions of the page for me to debug and tell you why they aren't working.
