ECART CS4 Installation download won't work

I just purchased an upgrade to ECART and am using CS4 (sorry for old version but it says it should work) I am unable to install downloaded installation extension for CS4 as it has a ZXP extension and not a MXP extension. Will it work? Thank you for you time

I uploaded a .mxp version that should install. Please download and try that.

ECART CS4 Installation download won't work

Thank you,
I installed but whenever I attempt to run the Checkout Wizard I receive the following error once it attempts to create the pages
JavaScript error while loading DynamicSelectList.htm:
Unable to open script file
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\configuration\ServerBehaviors\PHP_MySQL\DynamisSelectList.js"
(error 2).
I attempted to delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder but it did not make a difference

Please reinstall. I've added the missing file listed in the error.
