form builder error

adding a form i keep getting this error i have tried reinstalling a few times

I’d have to debug this. Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I’ll do a screen share with you early next week to find the cause and solution.

Upgrading to databridge v2 would likely resolve this issue.

I payed $800 no more than 4 months ago for your super suite, I work on my own there is no way I can afford another $299 surly there must be a free upgrade if you have purchased your product in a certain amount of time?

I checked your purchase history and I see that you paid 499.99 for Super Suite about 5 months ago. We generally give free upgrades when purchases are made within 3 months of the release.

I'll give you an additional $100 off on your account so that the total you would pay will be less than the $800 you claimed to have already paid.

I still don't have $200 and feeling a bit cheated! i'm in the uk, don't have Skype and wasted another day trying to get this working

Skype is free to install and wouldn't take more than a few minutes to get up and running. I'll gladly do screen sharing to make sure your form builder is working properly and that you are able to generate a working email form.
