What is this popup?

Haven't seen this popup before and it may be a symptom of why my email form no longer works... page does not re-display after submission (page goes blank). See attachment of screen capture and private message.

I compared the two forms and found you had a typo in the email address. That is why it wasn't coming through.

The alert is a leftover debug message. It is inconsequential and can be ignored. I'll remove it in the next build.

You had:
@faithecentre.info

instead of:
@faithcentre.info
