Receive email file downloaded

Hi there,
I am using the Download file Server Behavior. Is it possible to receive an email if file not downloaded. For example someone hits the download button and file not dowloads. I would like to receive an email that tells me which file was not be able to be downloaded.

Why would it not download? Missing file? I'd have to see what happens when it fails and why it fails. It should be possible, but I've never done it, so I'd probably have to play with a page with a failed download to figure it out. It may just be a matter of adding an email placed below the download. The download should prevent the email from sending when it is successful... I'm just not positive if it would still send on error.

The issue is that client wanted to know which files do not download, because his clients told him that some files were not downloaded. I explained that only if file is missing it would not download, otherwise it could be an issue away from the website itself. So I though that if I could get an email when an error occurs while trying to download, this way I could verify it is an issue out of the website.

I'd need to see the failure. The key to addressing any issue is to reproduce it. Is there an error? The first thing to do when trying to fix a problem like this is to figure out the cause and reproduce the problem before working on a solution. Without being able to do that I can't be sure any solution we try would work.
