Getting a Warning and a Fatal error in PowerGallery2.0.1

Getting a Warning and a Fatal error. What can I do to fix this? Thank you in advance.

This happens when the server inaccurately identifies our activation code as malicious since it communicates with our server. I'll need FTP access to update the files and fix the problem.
