What does the import log say?

Can you post a copy of the import log?

What is the URL you are trying to import?

What Type of mac are you running?

Power Mac G5? Intel Mac?

What is your OS?

Please supply some more information on your system so I can test on a similar set up and try to find the cause of the problem.

I am testing in Dreamweaver CS3 and Dreamweaver CS4 on an Intel Mac withthe same OS whithout a problem.

What version of Dreamweaver are you using?

Are you making any changes in the wizard? or keeping the defaults?

I know it's probably a dumb question, but I have to ask... are you connected to the internet when trying to perform the import?

WOOOOO WHOOOO.... dont know what i did but it works now....

I am using CS4

I havent made any changes that i know of. How do i reset it to default??

hahaha dumb but better to ask then assume... Yes i am connected to the internet when i try...

since i have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and it didnt work is their anything else i can try?

I cross checked my siteimport on my mac with my pc and the settings are identical and the Pc imports fine but the mac does. even the build on dreamweaver are the same for mac and pc.

Thank you for your efforts.
