Powergallery Admin login

A friend of mine is unable to log into his admin area on Powergallery. I have checked the Connections - powergallery.php file and ensured that the details match the database login details, which they do, but still unable to gain access. The website is https://www.terrybloomerphotography.com The galleries are working with the exception of one, in which the first image has gone missing? Any pointers, please to put this right? Thank you in advance.

I'll probably need FTP access to debug this issue. What url and username and password can I use to reproduce the problem? Please post the information in the private area of a reply and I can look into it further.

What username and password did they try to log in with that didn't work?

I was able to log in, but the password you entered is not correct. I've put the correct password in the private area.

You can always go into the mySQL table wa_settings and find the row where the admin password is set. It can be updated there as well.

It looks like someone updated the folder from admin_gallery to admin... but the links haven't been updated in the menu. You probably just have to go into the menu.php file and update references from admin_gallery/ to admin/ wherever it occurs.
