Data assist page not functioning properly

Greetings I just remade some page for a site that I built years ago using databridge, and when I use the insert page its remove the entry. Not to sure why its doing that since the process is automatic. The code looks fine and reads as it should.

Thanks in advance

PS attached is the file in question

This page wouldn't remove a record. It must be something else going on. This page only does an insert. What exactly happens? I might need a url and FTP access to debug it.

When I use the code on that page its seems to work just fine. then when it goes to the results page it says "This record has been removed". Not only that but the results page is not showing all the results form the DB. I looked at the DB were everything is stored and its all there. I even copied it to my localhost and its still not working. Im hoping its some sort of weird bug.

Thanks
Eric

Can I get a url to reproduce and FTP access? I'll have to test it to see what is happening. It could be an issue with a required field not getting a value so the insert doesn't take place, it could be an issue with the redirect URL, or it could be something with the results page.

I can't seem to log in with the FTP information you provided. I'll also need a link to get to the page to reproduce the error.

That FTP information gets me into the site but it appears to take me to a sub-directory and I can't edit the file or find the folder where the file exists that you want me to look at.

The FTP information takes me directly into the home/jpedrioli folder. I can't seem to get to the folder with the files I need to debug.
