Can't enter content into a div

Can't enter content into a div

OK Webassist helpers don't fail me now.

Maybe this is a stupid question, but for my pay grade maybe not.

If you look at index_2.html

You'll notice the yellow area above the gray content area in the left column. I can put content into the Gray area (#outerWrapper #contentWrapper #leftColumn1 #lowerLeft) but not in the Yellow above (#outerWrapper #contentWrapper #leftColumn1)

Ever time I try to select the yellow, my content defaults into the #lowerLeft.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

Start entering content into the leftColumn1 in code view. once there is some content in there, you will be able to place your cursor there and enter more in design view
