CSS Form Builder

Good Evening
I am trying to use CSS Form Builder.
I have a completed form and wish to convert this to the CSS form builder format.
I first open the form and then open Webassist tab, Forms, Insert New Form
It worked very well and the fields appeared except the drop downs did contain the selections.

I made a few changes and there after if I selected Insert New Form and then
"Click here to Preview this page in a Browser"
A browser page appears thus:
Fieldset
To add contents to your form, choose a form type or select the edit option to add content manually.

If on the page in DW I select Function Key F12 I see the page correctly.

I am attaching zip file for this page

This page looks like it would work. Where is the preview button that you click that doesn't work? Did you upload the files to your site?

I have now uploaded the file for this page.
Please see PM
On my local machine if I preview (F12) in the browser the page appears OK

To view and amend the page in DW
I click inside the page I go to Webassist tab> Forms> Insert New Form
after a while (20 seconds) the screen CSS Form Builder Add Form appears.

To see the form I have to click the on right hand side which says "Click here to Preview this page in a browser"
This does not give the ability to see the immediate amendments as the excellent video at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXQFGqm5oVc

Thank you
John

I'll have to look into this with you in a screen sharing session since I can't reproduce the problem here. Please post your skype contact information or a US phone number where I can reach you and I'll call to schedule a good time to look into this.

Thanks Ray
So that blue area "Click here to preview this page in a browser should not appear?"

Usually you would see the page preview in that window. What OS are you using? What is your username on that machine? It would appear it is having trouble finding or writing to the user configuration folder.

That doesn't appear to be the problem then. I'd have to debug it in a screen sharing session. I can do that if you want to send me contact information.

Yes, they all use the same code for preview, so if one doesn't work I imagine they all wouldn't.
