Insert Still Not Working

I downloaded the latest extension today and tried updated the insert on this page but it's still broken. I want to update the upload to yours as well but can't while the page is broke.

I just uploaded a new version to fix the issue with the insert. I was going to wait until I fixed a few more issues, but this way you can update any inserts without breaking the pages.

Please reinstall the extension again now. I didn't update the installer file, so you don't need to re-download.
