Can't add fields to the 'customise your insert page' panel

Can't add fields to the 'customise your insert page' panel

I launch DataAssist pages
Click manage pages
Click the plus button under 'Define Pages'
Choose any of the five page options to create
I then click the + button to insert the required database fields and nothing happens.

Normally, a panel with all the database fields available to choose from appears, but it's not!

Long and short is I can't create pages via DataAssist

Using DWCC2018 on El Capitan with no other extensions installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too.

Any suggestions?

Don't worry... I've figured out that the list automatically populated the dropdowns with the table and unique ID field, and even though they looked like they had been selected, they simply needed to be clicked on and manually chosen to activate the fields I could choose.

It's odd it allowed me to that far though!
