I need to insert into 2 tables and insert the primary id of one into the other as well how can I do this using webassit ?

I need a user to be assigned to specific groups for login purposes in a SAAS Format. So I need a form that will allow me to insert info into the login table and include the account record id as well. Does this make sense ?

You can apply multiple insert record server behaviors on the same page to account for this. Exactly how you do it depends on your user interface and how you want it to work, but it should be possible either with the native MySQLi server behaviors or possibly it will require the Data Bridge Beta depending on the complexity.

would I be able to create a custom session and get the primary id of one of the insert table and include it in the second table on insert ?

There is already a setting to save the insert id into the session in the user interface. Just make sure the inserts are applied in the correct order on the page and the session variable will be available.

Will each insert require its own submit button ? Or will one submit button initiate all the inserts in top to bottom order ?

You can use the same submit button trigger for all of them.
