Problem with websites not loading

Hi,

I'm getting this error with all my webassist website that are hosted on 1&1.

Fatal error: Connection timed out in /homepages/19/d403739231/htdocs/mastergraphx/Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php on line 9

Are you aware of this issue and/or do you have a solution?

Have you opened the file listed in the error? Most likely the problem is a bad setting for the database server. Please check to make sure that value is set correctly. The error implies that it is set to an incorrect server name or IP address.

Hi Ray, as always you are awesome with your reply time!

As it turns out, 1&1 is having a issue with their database servers. This issue is totally on them. I guess they don't think it's a good idea to say this on their website. I hope this gives you a heads up if anyone else ask you the same question today.
