Updated this one but the field only shows one record. I thought you said you change the 1 to a 0 here, but that didn't help

You also have to re-apply the dynamic select list server behaviors.

Delete the server code that is currently around the <option> tag in your select list. Then go into the select list properties and click the dynamic button to populate it from the newly created mysqli recordset.

Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the do/while code? Here is my code:

Yes, delete the do - while code and the <option> tag in between and then click the lightning bolt from the properties panel and you should be able to re-populate the dropdowns with the mysqli recordsets instead.
