cant install the xension

Hi,
I am trying to get the Mysqli extension behaviour working in Dreamweaver. I tried so many things, but I cant get it working (like many other people I noticed)

the extension is installed, but in the main menu there is under the web assist option only the choice: model database. When I click it I get the error message nr 1 in the attached picture.

Also when I try to add a database via NEW MYSQLI connection I get the error:Your PHP server doesn’t have the MySQL module loaded or you can’t use mysql_(p)connect function. (and I choose Mysql-I )

I see that the second error was with many people. but I dont see a solution anywhere.

I tried many things, install, restart, other dreamweaver versions always the same problem. Now I am trying DW CC2015
Can you please help me out? I am already trying to get this working for a week.

I just did an update in order to address this issue. Please reinstall.

Tried it again, reinstalled dreamweaver, downloaded and reinstallaed extensions, tried different versions of dreamweaver. All the same issues. Nothing works. I prefer to receive back my money. Can you please arrange that? This is taking me already several days of work.

I'll process the refund right now.
