Repeat Selections

Hi Ray

I've applied the change from mysql to mysql_i recordsets, and immediately get many errors; I've tried to eliminate them one by one - but all that happens is more appear! I'm stumbling around not really knowing what I'm doing.

Pages attached - original (working) and new (not working!)

Thanks
Chris

I'll need a url to reproduce and ftp access to debug. I'll need to run the files and see the errors in order to determine what is going wrong.

It was pretty close. I ended up manually deleting the repeat selection code and reapplying simple MySQLi Repeat Regions and that seems to have fixed it.

HI Ray

Having the same problem on a different page; every time I try to apply either version (Repeat Selection or Repeat Selection Improved) I get the dreaded 'A javascript error occurred' message. Cleared the cache etc, but cannot get it to work.

Attached is the non-working version, I have removed the old region and tried to start from scratch; lines 24-253 need to repeat.

Same login details as earlier in the thread.

Many thanks
Chris

I was able to reproduce the error. For now just use "MySQLi Repeat Region" the repeat selection is only needed for horizontal looping when nested within a Repeat Region.

I'll try to get a build out with a fix later today.

Thanks Ray; I'm assuming the MySQLi Repeat Region won't be sufficient for a multiple update - so I'll wait for the fix. No rush.

Cheers
Chris
