Map stopped working

Map stopped working all of a sudden, link is included for testing. Please see the error message in the attachment.

You need to log into your google api console and make sure that Google Maps Javascript API, Geolocation API, and the Geocoding API are all enabled for the api key you are using. Google recently added this api as separate options and they now have to be enabled individually.

On Click on the black circle (see photo) --- exact address information is supposed to load. It didn't. Please help review the Function initMap () (see private message)

Area in the Function initMap where focus is needed is indicated below
