MySQLi Server Behaviors purchase

I'm using Dreamweaver CS4. I'm wondering if it's smart and/or worth it for me to upgrade to MySQLi Server Behaviors.
What are the advantages over Data Bridge?

The only advantage is the ability to use MySQLi, since standard MySQL has been removed in PHP7.

And I'm not using PHP7 because it doesn't work with CMS so I guess I don't have to worry about it.

I have a website for an organization with members. The members are listed on a page - their photo, name, address, etc - formatted nicely.
I was asked if the members could export a listing of all this info into Excel. I know I can through PHP MyAdmin, but can I create code to put a button on the web page so members can do that themselves? I don't know how important it is to them. I'd just like to know if I have the option.

Yes it is possible. You would use a comma separated format. You can google "how to create csv from database php" and find examples I'm sure. This is also something I could help with in a premier support ticket.
