Serial Number for Activation Not Working

I haven't used Webassist for some time and now I need to reactivate DataBridge, but when I enter the serial number listed in "My Downloads" it refuses to activate. When I enter the serial number it first tells me "serial number verified" but when I click on "Activate" it tells me "the serial number you entered is incorrect". Any suggestions? Thank you for your attention.

Ray, thank your for your reply. I'm back in Beijing, China, which is 15 hrs. ahead of (later than) San Diego, so we could try using Skype or I could call you on the phone, as I have Skype-phone service. I will call you as soon as I come back from Hong Kong, which will probably be Thursday, March 29th. Thank you for your attention.
