Serial Number for Activation Not Working

I haven't used Webassist for some time and now I need to reactivate DataBridge, but when I enter the serial number listed in "My Downloads" it refuses to activate. When I enter the serial number it first tells me "serial number verified" but when I click on "Activate" it tells me "the serial number you entered is incorrect". Any suggestions?
