Me

deprecated constructor warning

Hi

I have been checking in on some php warnings using eCart and mySQLI Server Behaviors, both which I updated by downloading the latest, in the last week or so. Here are the errors...

PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WA_MAILOBJ has a deprecated constructor in mail_php.php on line 70
PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WAUE_Log_Bindings has a deprecated constructor in mailformatting_php.php on line 2
PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WAUE_Log_Event has a deprecated constructor in mailformatting_php.php on line 23

We're using PHP7 on the remote. I realise we can turn off these warnings however, is there a permanent fix for this. I don't mind going in to the files myself and update the code if I have the correct replacement code to do so.

Please advise.

I am replacing the email functionality in the next Data Bridge update and these errors won't be applicable.

To manually fix them in this version you would have to go in and rename the functions to __construct()

And in ecart I am getting this...

[06-Dec-2018 16:19:42 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WA_eCart_Rule has a deprecated constructor in /home/hairheaven/public_html/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php on line 5
[06-Dec-2018 16:19:42 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WA_eCartDisplayCSSLooper has a deprecated constructor in /home/hairheaven/public_html/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php on line 1001

I am using php7 and the latest ecart...I opened the object, to update and clicked ok and then uploaded the files to the server...so for sure I am using the latest with any amendment code but still keep getting this error.

That shouldn't happen in the latest version of eCart. I'd have to get FTP access to the server to try the same steps to see why it isn't working.
