Behaviors order in a form

Hi Ray, what would it be the correct order of applying the following behaviors in a form?

Create the Form
Add Captcha
Server validation
Validation Show if
JQuery Validation
File upload
Insert or Update behavior
Create Email Message
Progress Bar

Thank you.
Regards,

Daniel

For the most part the order wouldn't matter. I suppose you would want to create the form with all of the form elements first.

Then do the File Upload before the Insert or Update, and Server Validation before Validation Show Ifs, but the rest could be in any order.
