Set up local testing server on windows 10

I found this article - http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Set-up-a-test-server-on-Windows It states windows 7. Do these same instructions work for windows 10?

Thank you. It does not show option for Windows 10 64 bit, Windows 2008, 2012, Vista, 7, 8 (Important: XP or 2003 not supported)

Maybe try using WAMP if you are on a windows OS. That is what I use.
