Hey Ray

Have got an ecart install that, when completing the order it adds the necessary info to the db, receipt etc. However, on occasion for some reason its adding 'false' to a variety of fields (see attached) and not sure why or what would be happening?

its not just the receipt itself...its also going into the DB that way as well as the checkout_success. Have attached the receipt and the checkout_success

I see what it is. Your "Same As" checkbox is doing that when it can't find a matching field based on the field name in the billing and shipping info.

The fields should be named the same so it can match them.

For instance you have fields named:
CompanyShipName
and
CompanyBillName

They should be named:
CompanyName
CompanyName_2

That will allow the "Same As" checkbox to work properly and get rid of the "false" values being inserted.

OK, understood

With the address 1 & 2, not sure what the shipping should be set to. I have it set to Address_2 and that shows as false but Address_2_2 (for the shipping address 2nd line) works fine?

Also, having added the field 'AccountRef' which is only shown in the billing area, that is showing as false even though not needed?

Use: Address2
and: Address2_2

What is the url to the site with the issue? I'll have to debug what is going on with the AccountRef field.
