Ecart has been updated to work with MySQLi and php7. Data Bridge is being updated now and an ALPHA is available with php7 support, but it isn't fully functional yet. I should have an update with full php7 support out soon.

The open BETA linked from the top of the site is available and fully supports php7. I'm hoping to work out the remaining issues over the next couple of weeks and go live with it, but you can definitely use the BETA for now to get started.
