updated ups access key and now failed quote errors

I had to update my UPS access key. I replaced the old number with the new one on confirm.php, but now all my shipping quotes are failing. Do you know what is causing this?

It has to be a bad Access Key if that is what you changed to cause it. Why did you update it? If you give me a url to reproduce and FTP access I can debug it and get the actually error message and error number that might shed more light on it.

You are getting an access denied error. That means the userid, password, or key are incorrect.

I added the error and full request sent to UPS to the failure page for reference.

I even opened a new UPS account and entered in all the new data into the confirm.php page. Is there something wrong with my code? I don't understand why it suddenly stopped working.

I sent UPS the url listed in the ecart code and they said it's the wrong one due to a security protocol update. Now I'm even more confused. I pmed their reply.

I updated the url as they suggested, but I'm not convinced that will fix anything. However the other fixes they suggest require a server update. I created a page on your site to demonstrate the issue:

It looks like you will have to contact your hosting provider to get your server updated to comply with the new UPS security requirements.
