latest adobe answer to server behaviors

this was received today,
"Thanks for listing down all these issues with the extension, we have fixed most of these and will soon be posting out a build on the Prerelease forum for you guys to try."
and they closed the issue

Amazing! They fixed an extension producing old, insecure code using deprecated features, that nobody should still be using, wow, congrats adobe!

They have only fixed the server behaviours issues on the last beta version of Dreamweaver, changing nothing on the extension (is deprecated).

You must work for dmxzone, a company that has zip for customer service, based in a very unsecure country. I really get tired of seeing your crap on the forums. And yes I have both worlds, webassist and dmxzone BUT I do like contacting someone that can answer or solve my questions almost immediately. BTW is service available right now at 10:44 eastern... NOT!!.

The only relation i have to dmxzone is me paying a yearly subscription for their tools. Since when Holland is "very unsecure country"? They have always answered my emails, support forum requests and live chat - not sure why do you even mention them in this topic?
I've also seen your *crap* and get tired of you crying around for "I want murrican support, i am murrican and only support murrican comanies. The whole world goes around murrica." pfff...

Jeremy, It looks like you have never purchased an extension or even downloaded our free extensions. It does look a little suspicious. Why are you wasting time trolling our forums? The tone and content is inappropriate. I try not to sensor posts or users, but if they are abusive and non-productive I'm not above it.

Well Ray, I did purchase a couple of extensions back in 2010.
Was not happy and asked for a refund. Is this forum only for people who currently own your extensions?
I am participating in project 7 forums, dmx zone forums and adobe forums - I see no issue discussing everything related to DW as I am heavily relying to it for my work.

No, anyone can post and I'll help them.... but I don't see any refunds on your account either.

I just don't think your tone mocking another customer and calling his posts "crap" is appropriate. These forums should be used for asking questions and answering them. Your posts don't seem to match that criteria regardless of your purchase history.

Make somebody's day and help them solve a problem. I won't care if you ever tried to use a webassist product or not. Come in calling somebody's ideas dumb and mock them and I'll have a problem even if you own all of our extensions.
